Now pertaining to my experiment from pages ago concerning those unneeded substances being put into the body to see if they hinder higher thought. The answer is, they do. They hinder higher thought and action and need to be refrained from for a personal benefit but more so for the benefit of humanity.

As with all bodies of water, for me they have a soothing effect but the Mediterranean has a more profound power of calmness. It shall be interesting to see where my legs shall take me and if they shall bring me back south to swim in these waters.
