That which needs to happen is happening at this moment.
The next step still being waited on is more people not having cars.
People will make the decision to not have a child before they would to not have a vehicle.

Mankind is in the midst of change but as with all things, change is the only constant.
The change they are in the midst of this time though is that of my own.
12 years in the past they are and in another 12 they will be here now but 12 years behind again.
I have had a rather long break.
It’s time to get back to it.
Activity, consumption, health, ideas, inventions, temptation, work and on.
Stopping one will help all the others.
It will be stopped today.
I’m looking forward to the change but the real break comes next year.
My time serving on and dealing with the board is priceless.
It lets me see the majority mindset that is keeping us in place.
Something is available that must need replace it.
Although it is there, it is still timid in being involved or simply has other priorities.
There is not currently any or enough negative registration to want or need to produce involvement.
I did not run; I was asked to serve and was appointed.
Just now a neighbor with a complete lack of understanding of when and where not to do something.
Rules and regulations exist because we do not care to be considerate to our neighbor.
Yet, is it not just another daemon stimulating biases.
You may overcome it and remain in your current environment.
You may remove yourself from the current environment.
