After a sunny morning, we actually got a small shower at dinner time and the day was partly cloudy. The days keep getting warmer as we head for Taiwan and the 2nd mate said that it should continue until the Red Sea and the Suez Canal. The ship’s interior is kept at a very cool level. I do not know the reason why our society desires to have everything so chilly. Ironically the cooling down is what takes part in heating it up. Now days no one seems to think they should sweat, even going from house to vehicle in a day where the temperature maybe one hundred ten degrees outside. Our bodies are steadily becoming fragile to the environment and more and more dependent upon technology as well as a great spiritual void. Why can man not see his destruction at his own hands? We do ourselves a dis-service in our lives as teachers because we would rather preach. Sadducees, everyone.
