I arrived in Thessaloniki yesterday after a train ride and meetings with a female conductor who wanted to do more than just talk, a Muslim who was from Turkey living in Bulgaria. He showed me how people, who can travel to Romania, buy items of all sorts for cheap then bring them over the boarder to Bulgaria and after crossing the border, throw them off the train before arriving at the patrols at the station in Bucaresti. Then I meet another person from the States working for the Peace Corps in Bulgaria on environmental issues in a park area. Sonya just started and has two years to go.
