You were trying to use a tool that is broken and rather than fixing it and moving forward you continue to use it and fall father behind. Government is to be used for infrastructure and the regulation of business and there is to be no permanent military presence. We must evolve to where we govern ourselves and stop handicapping mankind. If we cannot do that, we must except it and begin movement in the direction of accepting our purpose with that understanding.
