I awoke yesterday morning with an overwhelming understanding to not ride my bike. I, however, thinking it might be a feeling of laziness, did not take heed to the intuition. I got ready, put on my pack and went to the bike, hopped on and found the back tire flat. It is enough to see the direction without knowing the reason. There is also a difference to the understanding of not wanting to do or wanting to do and the understanding of, should not do or should do. I am thankful in this gained understanding.
