I could not see much this morning because of dense fog but as it burned off, the view gave way to a beauty unto itself of the Elbe River. The day is still overcast and Scott, Graham and myself are going into town at thirteen hundred hours. Scott and I are going to try and get a Youth Hostel International card, so we can have somewhere to sleep while going through Europe. It will also cut down on the cost of hosteling.
I am debating on boots but will wait to see how it goes. I should be OK, unless I get caught in some snow.
