We are back under sail from Le Havre. It was a wonderful town on a quiet Sunday afternoon. They were having a feast; I think it relates to a festival, that the town has once a year. I walked until I reached the beach, then I just walked around some more, through the houses and buildings built from the eighteen hundred. No chance to get post cards since all the banks were closed and I did not bring my ATM card, so money exchange could not be done. I was able to have dinner after Scott found a grocery store that would take his visa card. I decided upon an apple, orange and some pistachio nuts. Then we sat on the beach and had our dinner. Many nice boats and the most beautiful/belle women I have yet to see in my travels, but there is still further to go. I could stay in that place for a while but would like to see what it is like on a not so quiet Sunday. My French actually worked out better than my Spanish in Isla Meujeres. Next stop will be Rotterdam.
