Those who love their life shall lose it but those who give their lives for christ shall have everlasting life.
It is not that we should sacrifice our lives for the sake of our religion or dogma or orthodoxy but the christ was love and we should give our life out of love for our brothers and sisters, this is true martyrdom, the other is only for glory of self.
For true life in love has no harm on any life and if someone tells you to renounce your belief in your god, how can you for you do not know who God is.
But if they make you to live other than a life of love you must refuse and let the fire be placed upon their head. Truth Truth
