I was wrestling with promotion.

Many days of rain, to keep us quarantined as covid-19 continues to spread.

Yet just up the street, at the college, they are giving away free food to those in need, starting at 9 AM.
At 6:30 AM vehicles were already lined up at our community.
Over a mile away from the university pickup horns were honking, people were yelling, bull horns were being used.
In order to make sure those in need are the ones being served, food is being limited to an amount based on house occupancy.
There is now way however to verify this information.
Let’s say that this 4-mile-long queue are qualified people who have been unable to take care of themselves for 2 weeks.
This is unacceptable.
No one should be subject to this lacking, as they sit idling in their vehicles, making up for the pollution that was nicely clearing away.
House hold capacity and income can be computed and therefore setting up delivery to those in need.
Keep the roads clear for pedestrians and cycling.
